So my breathwork experience was one that gave me a better understanding of the type of inner, physical, and spiritual work I need to do at this point in my life. The held space to be guided towards the seemingly simple mechanism of my own breath was a reminder of how much trauma is stored in our own bodies and how we don’t always know how to use the bodies to heal it and get it out of us.
You are such a beautiful energy and space holder, creating an ambiance of safety and pure intention giving an introduction, and taking the time to explain what we might expect while also leaving room to experience the unknown and unfathomable of what might come up while in it. It was the subtle details like being able to go into it while the sun was up and leaving when it was down, felt all-encompassing and like a full circle moment. Receiving the eye mask was such t a powerful little tool that allowed me to go deeper and hear clearer, turning inward through sensory deprivation.
The spaciousness was something I really appreciated, because I might have felt more (self) conscious without it. And even your music by the 4th round inspired the climactic release of my tears at a certain point.
It was a wonderful journey and a moment of transformative work that I appreciated so much.
